Impetus Marine and Logistics Limited (RC 9624410) is a Nigerian-registered haulage, logistics and integrated maritime services company, registered under the Companies and Allied Matters Act, 2020, as a private company limited by shares. The Company operates as the Nigerian subsidiary of Impetus Marine and Logistics UK Limited, bringing international standards of governance, safety and operational discipline to its Nigerian haulage, logistics and maritime business.

Headquartered in Lagos, Nigeria, the Company delivers heavy-duty haulage, dry bulk cargo transportation, integrated logistics, vessel management, offshore logistics and maritime services to clients across Nigeria’s manufacturing, oil and gas, construction and maritime sectors. The Company’s principal business activities, as registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission, are Logistics, Maritime, Oil and Gas and General Contracting. Its Memorandum of Association, filed under the Companies and Allied Matters Act 2020, grants the Company a deliberately broad object clause spanning haulage, logistics, maritime services, oil and gas support, solid minerals and general contracting, allowing it to grow into adjacent sectors as opportunities arise.
